Tom came home this morning with several old cabin doors that have that lovely old cabin smell. Everytime I go out into the garage I can smell that smell and feel like I am there where ever they used to be. maybe in the mountains or on some small lake in mIchigan. But It is here and I can't wait for them to be put into the mudroom entrance and the tree house. Storm windows and screens are included. the wood is aged to the same color as the doors we have now, just with the added old cabin smell. what a bonus!!! Oh Yeah! and FREE!!! Leave it to Tom to drive past a row of doors and window with screen that says FREE. He had to come home and get the van to pick them up. This is how we leave folks. Through other peoples items tossed away and replaced with something new that has no character at all. We are the lucky ones to have the history and the look of the vintage. How could you replace that? Greatful for Tom good eye!
